Weight loss day 1

Today, I've decided whole heartedly to change my life, to get in shape. I've been slacking on it. I took and aerobics class and I ate a bunch of crap. I'm changing it. Today I woke up by 9 a.m. I ate a protein shake and an apple. I rode my bike about 1.5 miles to Church ate a piece of ham, a little piece of cake, some baked beans, and a little dumpling. I drank 1 750 ML bottle of water this morning. I also rode my bike home from chuch. For dinner I ate some sushi. For a snack I had some watermelon. I helped my grandpa pick up sticks in the yard and move a bunch of stuff around outside. I came inside and drank a glass of plain black iced tea then decided i wanted to do Turbofire. I did Core 20 and Stretch 40. As of today I'm wearing a size 10 pants, my bust is a 32 GG. I haven't measured my thighs, arms, calves, or anything else, that'll come tomorrow. 

This picture really hit me when i saw it. My double chin has always been something i'm bothered by but i didnt know how bad it was until this was taken. My bottom half looks super small compared to my top half. I'm very busty but still.
I can and will do this.
